A graphic tool for topographers that lets them do 3D designs.

RTopo (also known as RCad) is a topographical tool that lets you do 3D designs, and it comes equipped with a series of utilites and functions to do any topographic scheme.

Thus with RTopo you can create DTM (Digital Terrain Modelling), TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network), Representaciones (3DPOLY, SPLINE or BLOC), and edit, modify, delete or insert 3D reference points into each one.

RTopo comes equipped with its own code of already designed blocks, which can be modified by the user, who can also add effects like zoom, lighting and shading.
